The Process Is Easy

Review our monthly menu of great tasting, healthy entrees.
Select between four and twelve meals and the serving size that makes the most sense for you and your family.
Use our calendar to find and reserve a date and time that fits with your busy schedule.
Next stop by the store for your prescheduled session to assemble your entrees to your own personal taste - all in less time than it takes to go to the grocery store.
